General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25th May 2018. For us to comply with the new regulations we like to let you know about the details we hold on our secure database.
All information we hold is used entirely for maintaining our trading relationship & enables us to communicate with you.
The details we hold include some or all of the following: –

We will never share or sell your information for marketing purposes; should you wish to be removed from this list you may request this at any time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Brilliant Embroidery we want you to be happy with your garments. If you are not satisfied, simply return the item to us in its original packaging and in unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will then we issue a refund within 30 days, excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note: The items must be packaged carefully for the return delivery as we cannot provide refunds for goods returned with damage the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty, refunds cannot be made for custom embroidered fabricated, printed and any non-standard items.
Some of our products are not held in our stock and will be manufactured specially to order. Because of this any order that is placed cannot subsequently be amended, cancelled, or returned. If they are, costs incurred by Brilliant Embroidery will be charged.
