As we have such a wide range of suppliers covering a vast range of products from promotional t shirts to epaulettes, it would not be practical to have a single printed catalogue. Let us know the items that you are interested in and we will be more than happy to supply you with all the information required so you can make an informed decision. Not all the items we sell are included in our online catalogue so please ask for anything you can not see.
If you would like to see any of the items prior to ordering please e-mail info@brilliantembroidery.co.uk and a member of our team will contact you and send you the appropriate garments. We do charge for samples however, but we are happy to refund the amount if the samples are returned within 10 days if they are received in the same condition as sent.
All our products come with a size guide. When you have clicked on the product you will see this appear. Please check all sizes carefully as we can not accept liability for goods that do not fit once they have been personalised with your logo. If you need any advice please call one of the team.
No you do not. We are always pleased to speak to you about any queries you may have with any of your purchases such as logo embroidery, personalised clothing, embroidered garments, printed work wear, promotional clothes or printed and embroidered badges.

Printed T shirts, printed polo shirts, printed hoodies, printed sweat shirts, printed jackets, printed safety wear, printed aprons, printed cricket wear, printed football kits, printed waterproof clothing are to name just a few.
Embroidery works on most garments such as, embroidered towels, embroidered polo shirts, embroidered caps, embroidered aprons, embroidered fleeces, embroidered leisurewear, embroidered overalls, embroidered corporate shirts, embroidered jackets, embroidered epaulettes. However it is sometimes more economical to print your garments if for example you have a large back placement which would entail a lot of stitches, our team are happy to advise you on the best option for you.
On large orders set up is FOC. On smaller orders it will vary according to the size and complexity of the design, but normally in the range of £20 – £45. This is a one off fee and will not be applicable on future orders.
Yes – send us as much information as you can and we will finish the design for you. There may be a change for this – please contact us.
Yes if you have previously had your logo used on embroidered clothing, then we can use this providing if it is in an industry standard file format such as a DST or EMB.
There is no charge – proofs are normally scanned and sent by email or alternatively the stitched sample can be mailed to you.
The cost of up to 6000 stitches in one placement is included in the cost of each item of clothing. Some large designs of more than 6000 stitches will incur an additional charge; our sales team will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
There will be charges for additional placements.
It depends on its size and complexity but normally in the region of £2.00 – £4.00.
The most popular placing is the left hand breast area of embroidered polo shirt, sweatshirts, jackets, hoodies or fleeces but there are an infinite variety of alternatives such as on the back of the garment – popular for web addresses and sleeves for smaller logos and additional placements.
Do follow the washing and drying instructions sewn inside each garment or our instructions included with of all our printed garments. Do be aware that different types of clothing will have different washing requirements.
We will try our very best to deliver your garments within 7-14 working days after the order is taken. For new customers approval of the sample logo is required prior to being passed to production. It will then be 7-14 working days from receipt of your approval. You are able to contact us at anytime whilst your order is pending to track the estimated delivery date.
Yes – badges are normally created over stiffening material and are then overlocked around the edge. We are happy to supply quotes for both embroidered badges and printed badges.
Payment is normally required before your order is despatched. We take most types of credit and debit cards and cheques. Larger organisations use BACS. Whilst local companies have even been known to hand over cash!
By national carrier at a cost of £8.50 for the first carton to England, Wales and Southern Scotland. The cost to deliver to Scotland and Northern Ireland will be somewhere in the region of £17.50 and to Southern Irelands and islands off the coast of UK from £22.50 plus vat Small items can be sent at less cost by mail.
