Our online catalogue describes only a small selection of the wide range of items we can supply. These range from work wear, uniforms and custom designed corporate clothing through to promotional items such as bags, towels and umbrellas.  The list is endless – give us a challenge!!

When you have chosen your clothing you can contact us by using the quote form, or alternatively give us a call on our freephone number 0800 458 3355. To place your order don't forget to attach an image of your logo to your email preferably in jpeg format.

Please use our online catalogue to search your requirements as we do not operate a full e-commerce shop. We will get back to you with a quotation as soon as possible.

If you wish to proceed then you will need to place an order with us.  We then create a stitch file of your logo and send you a stitched sample by email or post for you to approve.  On receipt of written confirmation that you are happy with the stitched sample we will then proceed with your order and pass it onto the production department.

Payment must be made before the goods are despatched. This can be made by using a credit or debit card, bacs or cheque made payable to (Brilliant Embroidery Limited).

Embroidered Clothing

The cost of embroidered clothing is made up of the following elements in addition of the clothing itself.

  • Set up or digitisation of the logo or text. All designs or logos require a specific programme to be created to run the embroidery machines.  This is called a stitch file and process is called set up, digitisation or origination.  Designs using standard  text fonts will incur only a small set up charge.  For logos the cost of digitisation varies with the complexity of the design and will normally be in the region of £20 to £50.00.  The digitised design will be kept for your use at any time in the future.
  • The embroidery is normally included in the cost of the garment.  Large or unusual designs may incur an additional charge.
  • A carriage charge will apply.  Goods are normally despatched using a national carrier on a 2-3 day service to a manned delivery address.  A next day service is available at a slight additional charge.  Special rates may apply for remote areas and offshore islands.  Small items may be sent by Royal Mail.
  • VAT is charged at the current rate.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a different process requiring a seperate screen for each colour.

  • Cost of each screen is £25.00
  • The cost of each print decreases greatly with volume.  Small quantities may incur an additional charge.  Please contact us for details.
